Relatives and Friends Continued..

Tuesday Grandpa wanted to take a bunch of the younger grand children to a petting zoo. "Rolling Ridge Ranch"

 We rode in wagons pulled by 2 draft horses and we could feed the animals out of little containers...

 So, this is how you feed this kind of cow...

 A mother Bison and her 8 day old baby...

 It was Kurtis's 4th birthday. He seemed to really enjoy it. :)

 So this was one of the animals that if you didn't hang on, you lost your container of feed. They would tip it up and dump it in their mouth till it was all gone, then drop it.

 And then one last snap of all us girls and the Atnip girls before they left. (It's not a very good one as you can see)

We had SO much fun with all of you!!!

Relatives and Friends

Saturday morning our relatives from Cody Wyoming arrived! So Saturday afternoon the rest of dad's family came and we had a big family gathering...

 Then on Sunday afternoon we had a big birthday party 

for Grandpa's (Albert Glick) 75th birthday.

 Then on Monday all the mom's went shopping. And some of the kids hung out at our place.

Sparkles

So here is a photo of Kelvin's Mini Pony and her newly born baby. We named the new filly Sparkles. She was born this morning.

Of This and That...

On one of the seven days last week..or was it the week before...(?) Either way after a whole day of cleaning out the shop, there was this pile of trim and other woods left, that we didn't burn. The next evening us kids cut it up in even pieces and rapped it in little bundles. And we will use it for firewood, come next winter.

 Sunday we went to a family get together on Mom's side.

Yesterday, the 8th was Kelvin's 12th birthday. Saturday dad got him a very pregnant pony. Who is rather bratty. (We don't got any picture of her yet...) So since she wouldn't let him saddle her to ride, he had a different idea...
